The company is equipped with 15 die-casting machines with a production capacity of 200 tons, 280 tons, 300 tons, 400 tons, and 650 tons, with a monthly production capacity of 3 million units. It can produce various grades of aluminum, magnesium, and zinc aluminum alloy products. Each die-casting machine is equipped with a program control system to detect the production parameters and automation equipment of the die-casting machine, achieve stable and efficient die-casting production, and better improve product quality.

The company has a variety of modern equipment, including CNC machine tools, inspection, automated robotic arms, and other equipment. 50 CNC machines equipped with multi axis tool libraries can meet the CNC machining needs of various irregular parts.

The company has a variety of testing equipment, including Hexconn 3D, 2.5D, optical analyzer, high-precision leakage testing instrument, analytical balance, constant temperature testing machine, pressure resistance and compatibility testing instrument, fatigue testing instrument, etc.
