Features and inspection methods: Visual inspection. There are stripes on the surface of the casting that are consistent with the flow direction of the molten metal, obvious and non directional patterns that are different from the color of the metal substrate, and no development trend.

Cause of occurrence:

1. The first trace left by the metal liquid entering the mold cavity, which forms an extremely thin and incomplete metal layer, is compensated by the subsequent metal liquid. 2. The mold temperature is too low.

3. The small cross-sectional area and improper position of the internal gate result in splashing.

4. Insufficient pressure acting on the molten metal.

5. Pattern: Excessive use of paint and injection oil.

Preventive measures:

1. Raise the mold temperature.

2. Adjust the cross-sectional area or position of the inner gate.

3. Adjust the speed and pressure of the molten metal in the inner runner.

4. Select appropriate coatings, inject oil, and adjust the amount of coating injected oil.
