1. First, check if the mold temperature is normal, and appropriately reduce the pouring temperature of the alloy liquid and the mold temperature.

2. Check if the mold release agent ratio is abnormal, try replacing the mold release agent, adjust the spraying position surface for polishing.

3. For molds that have been nitrided, polishing should be done carefully to prevent damage to the surface nitriding layer, resulting in a situation where the more polishing, the more sticky it becomes.

4. Improve the design structure of the pouring system to avoid continuous erosion of the cavity wall or core by the alloy liquid.

5. Modify the mold cooling system.

6. Adjust the die-casting process parameters, appropriately reduce the injection speed, and shorten the two speed stroke.
