The New Energy Automobile Cold Water Plate works based on the physical principles of heat transfer and convection. When the coolant passes through these runners, the coolant quickly absorbs the heat generated by the battery due to the high thermal conductivity of the cold water plate.

The design of the runners creates turbulence in the flow of the coolant, which increases the surface area of the coolant in contact with the cold water plate, thus improving the heat exchange efficiency.
